According to camarosouce.ca this car was only one of the 106 1LE Z28 Camaro in 1995.  The car was designed to buy off of a dealer lot, add some aftermarket parts, and go road racing.  So, there are no power windows, no A/C, or anything else that could be considered power options.  I have owned this car for just under 10 years.  The car will run a mid 11 second run at the local drag strip, puts out about 400HP at the rear wheels, and has several best paint awards as well as a few runner ups in best of show contests.  The car was also featured in the providence journal.  The list of uprages is lengthy:
New camshaft from GM performance, 3" cat-back borla exhaust, A powerdyne super charger, Ceramic coated headers, bigger injectors, new roller rockers, 3.73 rear end gears, an line lock(for crazy smokey burnouts, MSD Ignition box, Eibach springs, Pilot sport cup tires, 18" chrome wheels, free flow catalytic converter, 98CC throttle body, K+N air filter, and a cold air induction air box for performance uprages.  I had the interior cloth swithed to leather, rockard fosgate radio deck, MB quart tweeters and 6X9 speakers, custom speaker box that holds three 10" JL Audio subwoofers, and a 300 watt fosgate amp for all the interior upgrades.
