Street car drivability, and fuel efficiency with Prostreet looks and Prostreet attitude. I purchased my  1972 Monte Carlo at the start of my senior year in high school (1984-85), back then it was royal blue with a white top, cloth interior, bench seat, automatic, two barrell carb,white wall tires,and a single exhaust . After years of blood, sweat, and tears, and thousands and thousands of dollars. it now has (just to name a few mods) a Tangerine pearl paint job with gold flake, four coats of clear, and a pro street style hood. The engine is a small block (ground pounder) with a Comp. Cams 480/280 lift camshaft, Ported & Polished 041 high performance cylinder heads w/ 202/160 valves, 1.5 roller rockers, and K-Motion valve springs, Dart RPM Air-Gap intake, Holley 650 double pumper carb, Pete Jackson noisy gear drive, K&N high flow air filter inside of a Hilborn style breather, MSD 6AL, 50,00 volt Flame Thrower Coil, High amp altenator, high torque starter, Super T10 four speed trans w/ Centerforce dual friction clutch kit and a Hurst comp shifter,and a Brute Force U joint. The heavy breathing exhaust constantly disturbs the piece with a custom 2.5 inch side exit exhaust w/ BlackJack headers, X-Pipe, and single chamber race mufflers (to hear this mild munsta run go to "My Killer '72 Monte Carlo" on you tube). A Richmond 3:55 geared 10 bolt rear end helps put the small block power to the pavement. The interior is black & tangerine with chrome gauges and a powerline  tachometer with external shift light. This munster was two time winner of "Monte of the month" in First Generation Monte Carlo club magazine. My future plans are to build a munster big block and add a 12 bolt posi unit. If not, I will sell the monte and start me a new project. Asking $20,000 obo or trade for a 1972 or older Camaro,or Nova with a big block and four speed.
